ST 1125 - Surgical Procedures II |
This online course is designed to help students utilize knowledge to anatomy and pathophysiology, and surgical procedures in the following specialties: oral/maxillofacial, cardiothoracic, peripheral vascular, neurosurgery, and plastic/reconstructive as defined by the AST Core Curriculum for Surgical Technology, 6th edition. The students will also learn employability skills related to surgical technology. For each unit of credit, a minimum of three hours per week with one of the hours for class and two hours for studying/preparation outside of class is expected. Co-requisite: ST 1026 Surgical Procedures II lab/clinical. Pre-requisite: Admission to Surgical Technology Program.
