AG 2403 - Vegetable Production |
Three hours credit. Course will provide an overview to the production of vegetable crops from planning through production practices to harvesting and post-harvest handling. For each unit of credit, a minimum of three hours per week with one of the hours for class and two hours for studying/preparation outside of class is expected.
