AG 2303 - Marketing Specialty Crops Semi
Three hours credit. Course will provide an overview to the marketing of specialty crops through the various marketing channels from post-harvest to end users. For each unit of credit, a minimum of three hours per week with one of the hours for class and two hours for studying/preparation outside of class is expected
